We understand that students grow and sizing needs change.

Eligible non-personalized uniforms may be exchanged within 30 days, subject to inventory availability.

A handling and processing fee of 10% (not to exceed $15) per return or exchange transaction will apply to help cover inspection, restocking, inventory processing, and administrative costs.

Customers are responsible for any shipping charges associated with exchanges/returns unless it is required because of our error.

Eligible non-personalized, non-customized uniforms may be returned within 30 days of purchase or delivery.

Merchandise must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

• Have all original tags attached.

• Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, smoke, or damage.

Items received that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they are defective or we made an error:

• Uniforms embroidered with student names or initials

• Uniforms displaying school logos or crests

• Screen-printed or heat-applied school apparel

• Customized spirit wear

• Special-order garments

• Made-to-order uniforms

• Clearance or final sale merchandise

Because these items are produced specifically for your school, they cannot be resold once customized.

Each participating school establishes its own approved uniform standards, including colors, logos, embroidery, and garment styles.

Customers are responsible for ordering uniforms that meet their school's current dress code requirements.

If a parent chooses a style or size that does not comply with school requirements after ordering, it is not considered a manufacturer or seller error.

Schools occasionally update uniform requirements, logos, colors, or approved garment styles.

While we make every effort to communicate these changes as soon as they are provided to us, Academic TradCat cannot accept returns or provide refunds because:

• A school changes its uniform policy after a purchase has been made.

• A logo, crest, or approved style changes after an order has been completed.

• A student transfers schools or changes grade levels after purchase.

We recommend purchasing only the uniforms needed for the upcoming school year until your school confirms its uniform requirements.

The weeks leading up to the start of school are our busiest time of year.

To help ensure uniforms are available before the first day of school, we encourage families to place orders as early as possible.

Please note:

• Processing times may be longer during the back-to-school season.

• Inventory availability may vary due to manufacturer supply.

• Last-minute exchanges may be limited by available stock.

We cannot guarantee delivery before the first day of school for orders placed within 30 days of the beginning of the school year.

Orders placed by schools, PTOs, booster clubs, or other organizations are produced according to the quantities and sizes provided at the time of ordering.

Please carefully review all size lists before submitting bulk orders.

Bulk orders cannot be returned or refunded because of:

• Incorrect sizes submitted.

• Changes in student enrollment.

• Duplicate orders.

• Changes in school uniform requirements after production.

• Cancellations after production has begun.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, notify us within 7 calendar days by providing:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the item

If the issue is determined to be our error or a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days after returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Stock uniform orders may be canceled before processing begins.

Orders containing school logos, embroidery, personalization, or special-order merchandise may only be canceled before production starts.

Once customization or production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

To help families prepare for the new school year, Academic TradCat offers an extended exchange period for eligible uniforms purchased during our Back-to-School shopping season (May-July).

Uniforms purchased on or before July 31st may be exchanged through the second Friday after the first day of school, provided that:

• The items are non-personalized and non-customized.

• The garments are unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with all original tags attached.

• The requested size or item is available in stock.

The handling and processing fee per exchange transaction will still apply.

This extended exchange period is intended to accommodate student growth and sizing adjustments before the start of the school year. It does not apply to:

• Uniforms embroidered with student names or initials.

• Garments with school logos or other custom decoration that cannot be resold.

• Special-order or made-to-order items.

• Clearance or final sale merchandise.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. No cash refunds will be issued under this Back-to-School Exchange Exception unless required by law.
